WRJ-BD-400AL 4.0 solvent-free laminating machine is a high-performance three-in-one laminating machine independently developed by Jiangxi Beide Meike Technology Machinery Co., Ltd. It is the first domestic three-in-one aluminum foil laminating machine that can realize three-layer materials one-time composite molding.

Coating control accurate and easy adjustment. Due to adopt independent servo drive(GSK)and linear independent adjustment of the coating unit, the operator can precisely control the amount of glue, and easy to adjust, good repeatable.
High laminating quality. Due to the careful design material path, in particular adopt patented composite structure and winding structure, it can ensure the laminating uniformity and winding uniformity.
Highly humanize.
Due to adopt special designed adjustable light source,based on ergonomics, the control panel is carefully designed with a reasonable layout, and a pneumatic observation and protection device is adopted, making the operation of the machine very convenient and comfortable.
Machine safety stable and reliable. Since the main electrical components comply with CE safety standards, the key components are strictly dynamically balanced, making the machine safe and reliable, and can still operate smoothly at high speeds.
