The solvent-free composite machine is an eco-friendly, efficient, and energy-saving composite equipment widely used in the soft packaging industry; the types and thickness ranges of materials it can composite are mainly limited by the properties of adhesives, the characteristics of substrates, and the capabilities of the equipment.

Main Features

1.Unwind/rewind : External disc-type double-station with release frame, strong stability, Expansion shaft with safety chuck for loading and unloading coils, automatic coil changing cutting, Horizontal straight cutting knife for winding and unwinding. positive and reverse cutting, with rewind and press roll device; Ultrasonic coil diameter detection system. 
2.Printing unit: The whole machine is driven by high-precision Japanese servo with no backlash, shaftless top mounted version, automatic color matching and Preregistration device in longitudinal and transverse directions, direct pressing mechanism without changing material length, transfer inking device for ink transfer rollers , so as to improve overprinting accuracy and reduce waste loss. Scraper movement is double-axle, fast-changing and controlled by independent motor. Three-dimensional adjustable enclosed box scraper. 
3.Drying: Independent and efficient drying system with intelligent control to form a high air volume, high air pressure and high-efficiency shearing effect with multiple return air circuits and a cyclone layout on the whole surface. Centralized touch screen controls and monitors the working state of the whole machine, with complete safety protection function, and can intelligently identify the working state of the whole machine and judge faults; 
4.Integral machine :Servo motor tension control system controlled by imported PLC is used to quantitatively centralize lubrication system to ensure high-speed operation flexibility of guide rollers
