The whole machine consists of an unwinding part, a slitting device, a rewinding part, a transmission part, an electrical control system, etc. The detailed description is as follows:
Unwinding part: The unwinding adopts shaftless unwinding: the unwinding mechanism adopts shaftless unwinding. The unwinding arm cylinder can adjust the material up and down. The maximum load-bearing capacity of the head is 3 inches and 6 inches, which is 700kg. Even at full load, the labor intensity is greatly reduced. Reduce roll-up time and improve production efficiency.
Slitting device: The slitting method adopts scalpel slitting and overhead slitting,2 types.The slit waste edges are blown out by a 1.5KW fan.
Rewinding part: The rewinding adopts 3-inch slip shaft winding, and the cylinder is locked, which is easy to operate, durable and reliable.
Transmission part: The transmission adopts synchronous belt, which ensures stable feeding and rewinding.The spindle drive motor is enlarged and adopts a 5.5kw asynchronous servo motor with frequency converter speed adjustment, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
Control System: The whole machine has user-friendly control, 10-inch touch screen human-machine interface
