Introduction

The BD Series Solventless Lamination Machine is specially designed for laminating flexible packaging materials such as Kraft paper, aluminum foil, PET, BOPP, CPP, PE, Nylon (PA), metallized film (VMPET), and paper.

Using advanced solvent-free adhesive technology, the machine delivers excellent bonding strength, stable coating performance, and environmentally friendly production without solvent emissions. It helps converters reduce production costs while meeting food packaging safety requirements.

Equipped with a precision five-roller coating system, servo-driven tension control, PLC automation, and intelligent operating system, the machine operates at speeds up to 500m/min, ensuring high efficiency and consistent laminate quality.

It is widely used for food packaging, coffee bags, pet food bags, kraft paper packaging, aluminum foil laminates, pharmaceutical packaging, daily chemical packaging, and other flexible packaging applications.
